The People Behind the Search
Jayne Plunkett
Chief Executive OfficerJayne Plunkett brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the global insurance and reinsurance industry. She joined AIA Group in 2006, holding senior positions including Managing Director and Head of Casualty Underwriting for Asia, and Member of the Group Management Board. In 2019, she was appointed Group Chief Risk Officer, overseeing the Group's risk and compliance functions globally. She has also served as a director for AIA Company Limited, AIA Singapore, AIA Philippines, and AIA New Zealand.
Prior to AIA, Jayne served at Swiss Re as Chief Executive Officer of Reinsurance Asia, Regional President Asia, and Head of Casualty Underwriting for Asia. Earlier in her career she held roles at GE Insurance Solutions and John Deere Insurance.
